21st CCLC

EA's Wind Mitigation program focuses on decreasing the risk of wind and hurricane damage to homes occupied by Duval County residents that are low-income, disabled, or seniors. Qualified and approved applicants receive mitigation retrofits and/or waterproofing that will improve the safety of their homes and reduce their economic hardship by making them eligible for decreased insurance rates. This program is funded by the FEMA and FDEM Residential Construction Mitigation Program, CCTC donations, and developer fees.

EA's 21st CCLC program focuses on improving education and social outcomes of middle and high school students and their families in Duval County's Urban Core. This program is funded by the FDOE's 21st CCLC grant in conjunction with corporate sponsorships.
