EA’s primary focus is to assist families in moving from poverty to self-sufficiency. To that end, EA implemented social services programs that educate residents on financial literacy, debt management, credit maintenance, post-secondary opportunities, available community services, and building employability skills. Our Homeownership and Development program is outcome driven to provide safe and affordable housing for low-to-moderate income Duval County residents. EA offers new construction and rehabbing of existing homes for Owner-Occupants. Our realty division also assists clients with buying move-in ready, foreclosed, and auction properties.
